第 1 步：Choose a Product

浏览“信封集锦”选项，寻找合适的尺寸。Even add a transparent address window on envelopes for an additional $1.75 for a box of 50, and $3.55 for a box of 500—perfect for sending invoices. Select whether or not you want it to be a self-stick adhesive or a water-activated adhesive.

选择字体、字号和颜色。Note that changing the default size and style will increase your costs by $1.75 on boxes of 50, and $3.50 on boxes of 500. 您现有的地址和背书字段数可能因此减少。

添加寄件人背书

您可以在信封上添加两种寄件人背书——非正式保留期限和附属服务。Both tell the recipient's Post Office^TM what to do with the item if it can't be delivered.

印在您的信封或卡片上的保留期限背书会让邮局知道在邮件无法投递的情况下，在退回邮件前可为您保留多长时间。Typically, undeliverable mail is returned after fifteen days, but you can opt to have the item returned after three, five, seven, or ten days. 保留期限背书不可用于明信片上。

Return Service Requested - Undeliverable mail is returned to you with the recipient's new address or the reason for non-delivery; no charge.

Temp-Return Service Requested - If the recipient files a temporary change of address, the mail is forwarded at no charge. 您不会收到相关通知。

Address Service Requested - In the first year after the recipient moves, the mail is forwarded. 您将收到他们的新地址，并支付地址变更费用。在 13 至 18 个月期间，邮件会免费退还给您，并附上收件人的新地址。18 个月后，邮件将免费退还给您，并附上无法投递的原因。

Change Service Requested - You'll be notified of the recipient's new address or the reason the item couldn't be delivered, and charged an address correction fee. 邮件将被销毁或回收。
